She is the co-founder of the former design studio ag16 (2014–2023), where she and her partner, Jana Topel, worked on designing printed matters, corporate identities, websites and spaces. In addition to their commissioned projects, ag16 also dedicated time to independent ventures, using everyday codes to create print objects and experimental events.
Franziska currently works part-time at the Jewish Museum in Berlin as a Communicator in children's education. Her role involves mediation in participatory dialog, transferring narrative knowledge and leading creative group programs. She is trained in storytelling, non-violent communication (NVC - based on Marshall Rosenberg) and has attended workshops on anti-discrimination and anti-semitism, art as a tool and child protection.
She is now working on new formats that use design practice as education tools and education practice as design tools to address the poetic mind.
